Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their auto, home, life and health insurance needs and services.
- Prospecting new customers opportunities through referrals, marketing activities, internet leads, direct mail, outbound calling, and other approved lead sources.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participating in approved networking and community activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state P&C and Life and Health insurance licenses.
Compensation: $41,000.00 - $61,500.00 per year
